Except for the high-rigidity support structure, all other parts of the equipment are made of food-grade stainless steel with a special customized surface treatment process. The equipment is compatible with four types of box packaging substrates with bottom dimensions of 57×57mm, 70×70mm, 83×83mm and 95×95mm. Only one specification can be selected for single operation, and mixed compatibility of multiple specifications is not supported. The standard production capacity of the equipment is 3000 boxes per hour. Different box sizes correspond to exclusive filling volumes: 57×57mm box for 250-500ml, 70×70mm box for 500-1000ml, 83×83mm box for 1000-1500ml, and 95×95mm box for 1500-2000ml.
The equipment supports two production modes of capping and non-capping, realizing dual functions on one machine. The applicable lid size ranges from 26-36mm, and only one mode can be selected during operation. The filling process is carried out at room temperature, and the total power of the equipment is 25KW with three-phase power supply. The product shelf life is not fixed, which depends on the material type and production technology. The compressed air required features a pressure of 1.0-1.4Mpa, a flow rate of 1.4-2m³/min, and oil-free and dust-free purity. The cooling water needs to meet a flow rate of ≥40L/min and a temperature of 30℃. The overall dimension of the equipment is 4m×1.4m×2.8m (length×width×height) with a total weight of 3500KG. The equipment can be installed on cement floor, tile floor and plastic floor without corner plastering.
