Carton Forming Machine
This unit processes blank gable-top carton sheets through standardized workflows. Manual carton feeding and bottom pre-folding shaping are required. After thermal treatment on carton bottoms, the machine finishes sealing and integral forming to produce semi-finished gable cartons with open tops.
Capping Machine
Cap assembly requires manual positioning of carton bodies and matching caps. High-frequency ultrasonic welding completes cap fixation, creating semi-finished cartons with caps attached and open top mouths.
Filling Machine
Operators manually place empty cartons on conveyor pipelines. The machine automatically executes a full series of steps: top edge folding, material filling, top sealing shaping and production date marking, and finally outputs finished gable-top packaged products. The filling machine supports unattended full-automatic running via computer programming, whereas carton forming and capping devices adopt electric automatic control to realize standardized production
