Carton Forming Machine
Processing takes original gable-top carton blanks as raw materials. Operators complete carton feeding and manual bottom pre-folding. The equipment then performs bottom thermal treatment, combined sealing and forming, outputting semi-finished gable cartons with open tops.
Capping Machine
Before operation, staff manually place caps and carton workpieces in position. Ultrasonic welding technology enables stable bonding between caps and cartons, generating semi-finished cartons fitted with caps yet unsealed at the top.
Filling Machine
Operators load empty cartons onto the conveying system manually. A full automatic production cycle includes top edge pre-folding, quantitative material filling, top sealing & shaping and automatic date stamping, delivering standard finished gable-top packaging products. Distinct from auxiliary units, the filling machine adopts full-process computer program automation, while carton forming and capping machines run on electric automatic control schemes.
