Equipment Operation Flow: The complete carton production is divided into six independent processing stages. A total of 4 to 5 on-site workers are required for coordinated assembly line operation.
Bottom Forming & Sealing
Taking purchased industrial carton sheets as raw materials, the production line adopts manual feeding mode, shapes the carton bottom structure, and finishes sealing to form open-mouth carton semi-products.
Ultrasonic Lid Bonding
For preliminarily molded open-top cartons, workers accurately align and place supporting lids. Non-contact ultrasonic welding is used to fix lids tightly on the carton openings.
Top Creasing & Pre-Folding
Mechanical creasing and pre-folding are carried out on the carton top openings to eliminate unsmooth edges and prepare for integral sealing.
Station Positioning & Filling
Operators position the pre-folded cartons on the filling station. The equipment implements precise filling to ensure consistent product loading volume.
Gable Top Sealing
After material filling, the carton tops are fully sealed and shaped into standard gable-top carton finished blanks.
Date Coding Processing
Surface date marking is performed on shaped cartons. After inspection, qualified finished gable-top carton products are completed.
