This machine is fitted with an elongated filling nozzle, which can extend to the deep interior of gable top cartons to complete accurate filling. It effectively avoids liquid overflow and carton mouth pollution, and can directly finish filling after carton folding and forming. Adopting a desktop mini structure, the equipment occupies little working space. It abandons complex motors and pneumatic components, with a simple overall structure and ultra-low failure rate, ensuring stable long-term operation. Production Process Overview: The gable carton manufacturing workflow includes 6 sequential processing steps, normally operated by a team of 4–5 workers.
Bottom Sealing
Raw carton boards are manually fed into the machine. Through bottom forming and sealing treatment, semi-finished open-top cartons are obtained.
Lid Installation
Operators fit independent lids onto open-top cartons. The ultrasonic welding process realizes stable connection between lids and carton bodies without glue.
Upper Edge Pre-folding
The top edges of lidded cartons are folded in advance according to mould standards, optimizing the flatness for subsequent sealing procedures.
Product Filling
Workers arrange cartons in order, and the equipment quantitatively fills internal materials to achieve full loading.
Final Top Sealing
The filled cartons undergo integral top sealing to form complete gable-top carton appearances.
Coding and Marking
Finished cartons are printed with production dates to meet factory traceability standards and complete final output.
