Carton Forming Machine
Production starts with raw gable-top carton sheets. Operators feed carton blanks and fold carton bottoms manually in advance. The machine carries out bottom heat treatment, integrated sealing and forming, outputting semi-finished gable boxes without top seals.
Capping Machine
Workers manually align matching caps and carton bodies. After manual positioning, ultrasonic welding technology firmly bonds caps to cartons, producing semi-finished boxes with caps mounted and open tops.
Filling Machine
Staff place empty cartons on the conveyor manually for automatic transmission. The machine autonomously finishes pre-folding top edges, quantitative liquid filling, top sealing & shaping and batch date printing, outputting qualified finished gable-top packaging. Among the three units, the filling machine runs fully automatically under computer program control; the carton former and capper adopt electric automatic control systems.
