This special equipment is suitable for the filling production of liquid materials such as food and beverages. The whole machine meets safety material standards. Except for the high-rigidity support structure, all parts are made of food-grade stainless steel with special surface treatment, adapting to the environment of clean production workshops. The equipment has stable mass production capacity, completing 3000 filling boxes per hour. One of the four box specifications (57×57mm, 70×70mm, 83×83mm, 95×95mm) can be selected according to production needs, and simultaneous multi-specification production is not supported. Each box specification matches an exclusive filling range to accurately meet production needs of different capacities: the small-capacity 57×57mm box for 250-500ml, medium-capacity 70×70mm and 83×83mm boxes for 500-1000ml and 1000-1500ml respectively, and large-capacity 95×95mm box for 1500-2000ml.
It flexibly adapts to sealed and open production needs, supporting capping and non-capping operations for 26-36mm lids, with dual functions and single mode selection for each operation. Adopting room-temperature filling process, the equipment is suitable for most liquid materials without temperature control equipment. The operating power is 25KW, running stably with three-phase industrial power supply. The shelf life of finished products is not fixed, which is mainly determined by material category and production process. The supporting production conditions are clear: clean compressed air needs pressure of 1.0-1.4Mpa and flow rate of 1.4-2m³/min (oil-free and dust-free); cooling water needs continuous supply with flow rate ≥40L/min and constant temperature of 30℃. The equipment covers an area of 4m×1.4m×2.8m with a total weight of 3500KG, convenient for workshop layout. It has low installation threshold, which can be installed on conventional industrial cement, tile and plastic floors without additional corner treatment. The exclusive filling enhancement function effectively avoids liquid foaming and splashing during filling, reducing material loss and equipment pollution.
