Carton Forming Machine

Raw gable-top carton sheets act as processing raw materials. Operators manually feed blanks and pre-fold the bottom structure. Subsequent bottom heating, sealing and forming steps are completed automatically by the machine to generate semi-finished gable cartons without sealed tops.

 

Capping Machine

Cap fitting requires manual placement of cartons and matching lids. High-precision ultrasonic welding tightly combines caps and carton bodies to form semi-finished goods with installed caps and uncovered top openings.

 

Filling Machine

Empty cartons are manually arranged onto conveyor tracks for automatic transportation. Integrated automatic procedures cover top pre-folding pretreatment, material filling, top sealing shaping and batch date coding, finally producing finished gable-top packaged goods. The filling unit supports intelligent full-automatic operation via professional program control, while carton forming and capping equipment operate via conventional electric automatic control systems for stable running.
