Filling machines can be categorized by their filling principle into atmospheric pressure filling machines, pressure filling machines, liquid filling machines, oil filling machines, paste filling machines, sauce filling machines, granular/slurry filling machines, powder filling machines, large-volume water filling machines, and vacuum filling machines.
Atmospheric pressure filling machines fill liquids under atmospheric pressure using their own weight. These machines are further divided into timed filling and volumetric filling types, suitable only for filling low-viscosity, non-carbonated liquids such as milk, spirits, and mineral water.
Pressure filling machines fill liquids at pressures higher than atmospheric pressure. They can also be divided into two types: one where the pressure in the storage tank is equal to the pressure in the bottle, and the liquid flows into the bottle by its own weight (isobaric filling); and another where the pressure in the storage tank is higher than the pressure in the bottle, and the liquid flows into the bottle due to the pressure difference. High-speed production lines often use this method. Pressure filling machines are suitable for filling carbonated liquids such as beer, soft drinks, and champagne.
Vacuum filling machines fill bottles under pressure lower than atmospheric pressure. These machines are simple in structure, highly efficient, and adaptable to a wide range of material viscosities, including oils, syrups, and fruit wines.
Oil filling machines can fill various oil products, such as edible oils, lubricating oils, peanut oil, and soybean oil. These machines are specifically designed for oil filling and can be configured for both manual and automated operation. Examples include edible oil filling machines. They can be categorized by metering method (flowmeter type, piston type, weighing type, etc.) and by machine style (linear type, rotary type, etc.). Most domestic manufacturers of oil filling machines are located in Shandong, Guangdong, and Jiangsu provinces.
Plug-type filling machines are widely used in pharmaceuticals, food, daily chemicals, oils, pesticides, and other specialized industries. They can fill various liquids and pastes, such as disinfectants, hand sanitizers, toothpaste, ointments, and various cosmetics.
Liquid Filling Machine: A brand-new horizontal design, lightweight and convenient, with automatic material extraction. For highly viscous pastes, a hopper can be used for feeding.
Manual/Automatic Switching Function: In "Automatic" mode, the machine continuously fills at the set speed. In "Manual" mode, the operator presses a pedal to fill; holding the pedal down activates automatic continuous filling.
Anti-Drip Filling System: During filling, the cylinder moves up and down, driving the filling nozzle.
